These bags are sold by bale, which means the bags come as a mixed/assorted selection. I do not have the option to handpick every bag that goes into each customer’s portion.

The videos and pictures posted are to give you an idea of the types and quality of bags that are available in the bale. Not every design in the bale is shown in the video.

Please note that within a bale, you may receive very beautiful bags, average-looking bags, or designs/colours that may not personally be your preference. You may also receive a particular design in different colours.

⚠️ CAVEAT:
The fact that beautiful bags are shown in the video does not mean that every bag you receive will look exactly like the ones shown. Since this is a bale/mixed purchase, the selection is not individually guaranteed.

Once you place an order, you are agreeing to accept the assorted selection that comes with the bale. Therefore, please do not complain or request a replacement/refund simply because you received a design or colour that you personally do not like or that was not shown in the video.

Please only order if you are comfortable with the mixed-bale nature of the purchase.
